Our Events

Our events champion local supply chains and collaboration between chefs and producers, where possible using live fire cooking from sustainable Island wood and charcoal.

Events will range from live fire gatherings, long table banquets, producer and chef talks and much more.

Our Island

NAMMET is a platform for Island farming, fishing, coppicing, distilling and craft, with partners ranging from charcoal producers and drinks makers to growers, foragers and creatives. Linking the experience directly with producers and the Island.
